PixBeads is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You agree to use the Service only in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any rules or policies provided by Apple or other applicable app platforms.
You may not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except where permitted by law;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Service;
- Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or other methods to access or manipulate the Service;
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
2. Account and Device Responsibility
The Service may not require account registration for core features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for all activity that occurs through your use of the Service.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The Service may offer paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. All purchases made through Apple are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms, subscription rules, refund policies, and App Store terms.
Subscription fees, billing periods, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds will be disclosed where required in the App or through Apple purchase flows. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
Unless required by applicable law or platform rules, payments are non-refundable once completed.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, graphics, gameplay elements, text, logos, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
5. User Content and Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or other communications to us, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation for purposes such as improving, maintaining, or promoting the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the App from your device.
12. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
